Experienced Tele-marketing Person – Open Training (part time)
Key Skills
- An assertive, personable self starter who is able to sell to technically competent people who are reasonably aware of their market place.
- A good sense of urgency and good influencing skills demonstrated by proven sales skills in a technical environment.
- A sociable person who enjoys building good customer relationships - able to communicate in multiple channels to build relationships with our existing and new customer base.
- Strong communicator with all potential sales leads.
- Enthusiasm and energy with ability to self-motivate to meet sales targets.
- IT literate with ability to work with database and internet tools.
- Good spoken English essential
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to the UK Training and Learning Development Manager
- Further grow and develop sales from our extensive open training course catalogue
- Build the relational sales database
- Generate sales leads
- Contribute to sales campaigns and advertising copy
Package
Baines Simmons is a very progressive and modern employer offering good package for high quality people.
21 hours provisional expandable to 28 if mutually acceptable. Office based, and must be able to work at least some of the core time where our client base is in work. These core selling hours tend to be 10am to 3pm.
Immediate start
Salary, based on 21 hours £10,800 - £36,000 (OTE)*
Basic Pro rata if additional hours worked
