Your background
It is likely to include in excess of 15 years in the aviation industry (both Military and Civil preferably), with a good understanding of the detail and practical application of the Civil (EASA) and Military (MAOS) Regulations.
It would also be a distinct advantage if you have more recently had experience of working within a maintenance or airworthiness management quality system.
Above all we seek people who can demonstrate through example how they have a passion for aviation safety.
The job
We are currently seeking a facilitator in the above discipline. The role will take you from training shop-floor staff to providing one-to-one support for senior executives in the Military aviation sector. Extensive UK travel is required.

Key Responsibilities
- To facilitate MAOS training to the MoD and partnered organisations
- Talk effectively to senior personnel and executives
- Talk with passion and engage shop floor staff
- Be capable of leading customers to understand the structure and benefits of the MAOS system
- Be capable of explaining in detail the regulatory links between design, manufacture, continued airworthiness and maintenance organisations
- Attend conferences and update the team
- Be a Military Regulation specialist
