Your background
It is likely to include in excess of 15 years in the aviation industry with an extensive proven track record as a licensed aircraft engineer, pilot or air traffic controller. You are likely to have started your career in the UK armed forces.

It would also be a distinct advantage if you have more recently had experience and evidence of working and training within Human Factors and SMS or MEMS systems. A broad understanding of quality systems and your role within the airworthiness or operations environment is also advantageous.

Above all we seek people who can demonstrate through example how they have passion for aviation safety.

The job
We are currently recruiting facilitators in the above disciplines, with the possibility of a combined role. The role will take you from training shop-floor staff to providing one-to-one support for senior executives in both military and civil fields. Extensive UK travel is required, and less frequent international travel is also a possibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • To facilitate Human Factors or SMS training across UK client base
  • Talk effectively to senior executives
  • Talk with passion and engage shop floor staff
  • Facilitate Error Management (and Safety Management) system deployment for our clients
  • Be capable of leading customers gently on the right journey
  • Attend conferences and update the team
  • Be a cutting-edge Safety and Error Management specialist
  • To work effectively within the team to maximise knowledge and best practice in order to deliver world leading products and services
